    Welcome to Nany's, a unique and comfortable duplex in the heart of Morgat. Just a stone’s throw from the beach, the harbour, cafés and the bakery: everything is within walking distance.

    Kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking and sailing are all within easy reach.

    Comfortable all year round: living room, 2 bedrooms, fitted kitchen, bathroom.

    Bed linen, towels and final clean included: no hidden costs.

    4-room accommodation with sea views just a few metres from the beach.

    A fully renovated former fisherman’s cottage that can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

    Its authenticity, charm and sea views will charm you whatever the season!

    This carefully furnished duplex comprises on the ground floor:

    - a cosy living room with TV
    - a separate, fully equipped kitchen including a convivial dining area
    - a bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail

    Upstairs:

    - 1 bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200cm), storage space and a desk area
    - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), storage space and a desk area
    - a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer

    A key box is available for late arrivals.

    Ample parking next to the Super U where you can leave your car during your stay (a 3-minute walk away).

    In case of emergency, we can be reached by phone throughout your stay :)

Die Unterkunft ist eine süße, strandnahe Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet, super Lage, schöner Blick, in der Nachbarschaft von Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir waren abends lange wach, deshalb hat uns das Stimmengewirr von den Plätzen im Freien nicht gestört. An Markttagen abends vor dem Haus zusätzlich lange geschäftiges Treiben und Livemusik. Vor 0:00 Uhr war es da nicht ruhig, eher später, Der Eingang zur Wohnung liegt in einem dunklen Gang hinter dem Haus, leider roch es dort manchmal etwas streng, weil Passanten die Gasse als Toilette benutzten. Von Anfang an klemmte die Toilettenspülung in der Wohnung, was uns nicht weiter störte, bis wir allerdings im Nachhinein die Reparatur bezahlen mussten.
