"The room was clean, shower was nice with good pressure.. We had a city view which was neat to see the pool was clean and not overly used. We had the continental breakfast, which had fresh fruit and cold cuts with cheese and tomatoes, cuts, cheese, coffee and juice. Easy walk to rhythm of the night and a couple other restaurants within walking distance. Thank you so much."

"We love staying here. It is very clean, the staff are friendly. The food is amazing! We do the all inclusive as we travel with young kids and this resort has the best food at any all inclusive resort I’ve stayed at. We stay for 2 weeks and don’t get tired of it! Our kids are easily entertained by the waterslide and hanging out at the beach. We have also utilized the kids club and they had a great time. We will be back again! "

"We only spent 4 nights here but we’re here during the recent cartel violence. We can’t say enough good things about the staff and management at this resort. They remained calm and very pleasant and accommodating in what must have been an even more fearful time for them being away from family. Many had to work extra shifts without going home since all transportation locked down and those that were working Sunday had to sleep in cots since they couldn’t leave for two days and new staff couldn’t come in! Nothing but positive comments about how clean the resort was and how great the staff at all levels were. Would definitely recommend. "
