O hotel possui uma estrutura simples, porém aconchegante. A vista para a serra é deslumbrante, mas o hotel oferece poucos atrativos, com aparelhos de academia e sauna em condições um tanto básicas. A limpeza e o cuidado com o local são impecáveis. No entanto, o café da manhã deixa a desejar, com pouca variedade e alguns produtos, como pães e bolos, não estavam frescos. Para quem busca tranquilidade é uma boa opção.

Não recomendo para ninguém

Pelas avaliações que vi esperava muito mais. Ocorre que chegamos na propriedade na quarta feira e, ao nos depararmos com o quarto, não havia ar condicionado e tampouco frigobar, o que contraria o anunciado no site e a foto do quarto standard onde mostra um frigobar. Resolvi ignorar a ausência desses 2 itens pois ficaria somente um dia e não estava calor. Fomos para a área da piscina e ela estava suja. Havia matos retirados do chão e jogados ao redor da piscina. Ao contrário do que diz o instagram da propriedade, não havia bar na piscina e nem bar, mesmo assim não era permitido a entrada de bebidas. Se quiséssemos cerveja teríamos que sair da piscina e ir até a recepção buscar. A noite, um ventilador tão barulhento que parecia que ia cair, mal dormimos. Acredito que menosprezaram a existência de hospedes no meio da semana, se precisavam limpar a área da piscina ou se não havia suporte para um abrir um bar para poucos hospedes, seria melhor fechar para fazer o necessário e atender com decência no meio da semana. Enfim, a experiência foi péssima e retirou toda a beleza do local.
