"The hotel was amazing and the staff was so friendly! Lots of things for the kids to do and very convenient location "

"The room was clean, but they don’t clean it daily for you unless you ask. The elevators and hallways were not very clean. We stayed in the executive wing, but it was still quite loud because of the gap underneath the door and we were close to the elevators. Parking is limited especially if you’re in need of wheelchair parking, there’s very few of those and I ended up walking quite a distance on icy ground. The “hot” breakfast was all cold and very flavourless. I’m pretty sure the scrambled eggs were reconstituted from powder. The beds are extremely comfortable and have good quality pillows. If I could have got a refund I would have stayed elsewhere. "

"Great hotel. Convenient. Room for family of 5. The elevators were slow. Often large line ups waiting. Should have better access to stairs or more efficient elevators. Overall, a great place to stay to enjoy WEM!"
