"We stayed here for 4 nights and it was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was quite limited for a 5 star property in my opinion and didn’t vary too much day to day. The rooms were clean and the bed was spacious and comfortable except for the pillows. The pillows look sooo plush but they flatten like a pancake. What would make it better is if they had a pillow menu like other 5 star hotels and you could choose the type of pillow you prefer. Overall we chose this property because of the location and cleanliness and were content with the overall stay."

"Rooms clean, we arrived late after a long day of travel, noisy rooms unfortunately due to the heavy traffic on roads after the football win until 2am when traffic died down. We were informed after check in and we had settled into room & payment where they took our 2 passports. That were only entitled to 1 breakfast not 2. Not ideal. We paid the extra for the second breakfast 400K( 21 AUD) not worth it, I would skip if your in a similar situation and grab something when you head out for the day. Overall nice but not great"

"Location was great with plenty of options walking distance from the hotel. All of the staff were extremely helpful throughout my 5 night stay. Huge shoutout to the front desk staff, housekeeping and every employee I interacted with. Everyone was so kind with helping me with anything I needed during my stay. Thanks again, I will be back!!"
