"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "The staff were friendly, the cleaning staff came by daily and left the room spotless, and the hotel is very close to the city center. Carmen at the tour desk was lovely, and the prices were fair compared to those of the tour guides who approached me around the zócalo. The breakfast was a highlight for us as it was prepared to order daily, tasty, and included in the price of the stay. Our room had great AC, a TV with cable service, an ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. We would stay here again. "
