The dirt is the least of it. They tried to break into my car in the hotel parking lot. They couldn't get in but damaged the lock. The hotel says it's not responsible. Zero empathy, too.

La propiedad está en muy buenas condiciones, solo cambiaría que te dejen utilizarlas despues de hacer el check out, ya que una vez entregada la habitación, debes desalojar el hotel, creo que en la mayoría de los hoteles de cualquier parte de la república, te dejan utilizarlas después del checkout… otra cosa es que los meseros de la alberca no te ofrecen la carta a manos de que tú vayas a solicitarla , a veces no hay meseros en el área de alberca.

Es un Hotel accesible; es decir que solo para dormir esta bien, no ocupe mas instalaciones como las canchas de tenis y la alberca, sin embargo creo que están bien. El servicio que recibí por parte del Guardia de Seguridad Sr. José Luis, el Mesero del Restaurante Moisés y la Srita. de Recepción (lamento no saber su nombre) fueron excepcionales, en verdad fue espectacular; me los llevaría a mi negocio a trabajar. Baños, puertas del hotel, equipos de AC, muebles de baño con mucha falta de mantenimiento, pésimo, esto hace que no regrese a este Hotel.

Es un lugar familiar 100% pero sugiero señalen que musica con bocinas que moleste no es permitida ya que los huéspedes que me tocaron fueron de mal gusto y apropiarse de la piscina para jugar con pelotas tampoco deberia ser permitido. Y una necesidad modernizar sus baños.

Las opciones de comida son las estándar tipo comida mexicana. Las camas no son tan cómodas una están en buenas condiciones y la otra muy suave. En la habitación no funcionó correctamente la televisión y el aire acondicionado.
