-DESCRIPTION: Welcome to Apartment Rivel, a relaxing, modern and comfortable space. Located in the highly-desirable Maritime neighbourhood of Cubelles, just 100m from the wonderful sandy beaches. This second-floor apartment forms part of a small residential complex which boasts a large swimming pool and grass area surrounded by trees and flowers. There is also free and secure underground parking.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated with a variety of artwork and solid furniture. It offers air conditioning / heating throughout, a strong wifi connection and large patio doors and windows with beautiful views.
Upon entering, you'll find a welcome station containing a helpful home manual with local guide and personal recommendations.
There is a large open plan living area with two comfortable sofas and a modern dining table which seats up to 4/6 people. From here, you access the private balcony with sea views which is perfect for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the warm Mediterranean air. From the balcony you can also climb the winding staircase which leads up to a spacious private roof terrace which is perfect for lounging in the sun and taking in the breathtaking sunsets.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need.
There are two bright double bedrooms both of which have large wardrobes, quality beds and mattresses and bedside tables and lamps. The third bedroom is fitted with modern low bunk beds, a desk and chair, lamp and wardrobe.
The apartment has two tiled bathrooms, one is fitted with a shower and the other has a bathtub with shower fittings. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.
The Paseo Maritimo with its variety of restaurants, bars and sea views is a short 5-minute walk away. If you fancy visiting Sitges (10 minutes by train) or Barcelona or Tarragona (45 minutes by train), the train station is around 6 minutes away on foot.
There are parks and watersports facilities within closeby where you can enjoy windsurfing, surfing, padel surf and kayaking. You can also hire jet skis and boats at the beautiful marina in Vilanova i la Geltru, the neighbouring town.
