A deposit of €2,000 will be requested by cheque on arrival.

✔ The cheque will not be cashed.
✔ It will be kept for one week after your departure, to allow us to carry out a full check of the house and its fittings during cleaning.
✔ If no If there is no damage or damage, the cheque will be returned to you by post or may be destroyed with your consent, upon presentation of proof of its destruction.

A second deposit cheque of €200 will also be required on arrival for cleaning.

PGJyPgCleaning fees are charged in addition to the rental price. They correspond to the normal cleaning of the house after your stay. However, we ask our guests to leave the premises in a correct and suitable condition.

Before your departure, please :
• unpack the beds and deposit the used linen in the bags provided;
• empty the bins and deposit the waste in the bins provided outside;
• empty the dishwasher and put away the dishes;
• leave the kitchen, sanitary facilities and the entire house in a suitable condition.

⚠️ If the house is left in an abnormal state of dirt requiring a particularly heavy cleaning, the cleaning deposit cheque of €200 can be kept.
