This property and the employees were great, very clean, beautiful and friendly place. Great for young families and couples. Unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant, however it looked like they had a nice variety of food for breakfast. Our only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was very low. If the hotel could have a detachable shower head it would be more helpful. Thank you Casa Francisco!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. They have always honoured my VIP status. This time they didn't. Put me on the outdated side. No fridge, no coffee maker. No drinking water supplied. Towels with holes in them. Dirty walls. Balcony screen door latch was badly rusted. Noisy room near kitchen. There were rooms available on the upgraded side of the hotel. They were available online. They would not honour my VIP status for the first time. This time I paid the most I ever have at this hotel. Will never stay here again. Don't recommend it.

Air conditioner was ok, unfortunately ever time you left room everything (including refrigerator & air conditioner. The tub was very slippery, it would have been good if there was a tub mat. Youvould not keep any cold in frig.
