BE AWARE! The property seems to be occupied by a cartel. No access, no hotel. Armed man appeared from behind the building with a radio and not name tag or any type of ifentificstion. He stated that the properry has been closed fornthe last 5 years. Besides the frustration of not being able to find an accomodation that I already paid for, it was the extreme discomfort of finding myself and family in a very dangerous situation. tags ofnpolcie or anything, hebsatted that

El hotel en general esta bonito pero las habitaciones están horribles, viejas, sucias y no salía bien agua ni del lavabo ni de la regadera.

Un excelente hotel para ir con la pareja.

Fue nuestro viaje de aniversario, el hotel está excelente para pasarla tranquilo con la pareja. Las instalaciones son muy agradables y cómodas. El personal es muy atento. Quizá lo único negativo es que ofrecen un "desayuno continental" el cual es un engaño, pues sólo es pan con café, engañifa para que te quedes a desayunar en su restaurante, el cual no es muy bueno.

En realidad es un hotel bonito pero poco formal, llegue con me reservacion hecha y no me la respetaron,me cambiaron de habitacion por una mas barata y me cobraron lo mismo...

Es un buen lugar para descansar, tiene mucho espacio abierto, no hay ruido, solo recomendaría que el agua de las habitaciones y de la alberca estuviera caliente y que tuviera su propio restaurante

Hotel frío en Cuernavaca

Me cambiaron 4 veces de habitación debido a que los baños estaban descompuestos, sin mantenimiento. No tenían suficientes cobijas para el frío, las habitaciones mal aseadas y la señora que hace el aseo, lo hace terrible. No recomiendo al hotel.
