Nice, quiet hotel. Not busy at all. Outdoor pool was closed which was disappointing as I came under the impression that it was open but I was still able to sit out in a lounge chair anyway. Spa facilities were nice. Could have been cleaner. Room's A/C didn't work, staff moved our room.

Victor from front desk was extremely helpful and his service was impeccable! Will definitely return again as the experience was great. The room was amazing, had massage chair and private bath tub. I felt completely refreshed after staying here. Highly recommended.
