The property
THE JEWEL OF PINEL is a bright and elegant single-storey home, designed with your comfort in mind: 3 bedrooms each with a Queen size bed and private shower room, an open-plan living room and kitchen facing the sea, and a private pool of 8.5 x 3.5 m extended by a terrace suspended above the turquoise waters of the bay.
Everything here invites relaxation: sun loungers facing the ocean, a barbecue for evenings with loved ones, direct beach access for a spontaneous swim, or kayak rental just steps away to explore Pinel Islet and the wonders of Saint-Martin.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a few thoughtful touches to start your stay on the right note. Housekeeping and linen are included throughout your stay. Additional cleaning services and baby cot rental can be arranged upon request.
Guest access
Single-storey house, easy to access. The common areas are spacious and bright, and the 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are also easy to access. Private parking space on the street, right in front of the house.
Pool - important information
The villa has a private pool available during your stay for your relaxation and comfort.
Please note that the pool is not supervised. Its use is entirely the responsibility of the occupants of the property. Children and non-swimmers must be under the constant and active supervision of a responsible adult. Diving, running around the pool and any risky behaviour are prohibited. Please follow the safety instructions displayed on site.

Good to know
The property is regularly maintained by a specialised company to ensure your comfort. As in any tropical environment, the occasional presence of small insects (ants, cockroaches or, more rarely, centipedes) may occur, particularly where food is left out. A simple tip: avoid leaving food or crumbs out in the open.
Please note that you are arriving on a small island where infrastructure may differ from that of the mainland, which can occasionally lead to disruptions in the water and electricity networks. However, the utility companies do everything possible to restore service quickly in the event of an outage.
