A set of steps from the backyard leads straight down to the sand, making it easy to enjoy long beach walks, swimming, or simply spending time by the ocean. Culburra Beach is also within a five-minute walk.
This is a non-luxury, older-style beach house that is showing signs of age and wear. While the location is a key highlight, the home itself is basic, with dated interiors and amenities that have not yet been updated. It is best suited to guests who prioritise proximity to the beach over modern finishes or high-end comfort.
Inside, the home offers multiple living areas, including two TV spaces and a separate games room with a pool table and table tennis. The kitchen is functional and equipped with the essentials, and there is a BBQ available for outdoor cooking.
The property accommodates larger groups across five bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has ocean views and includes an ensuite with a spa bath. Please note that some furnishings and fittings throughout the home are worn and reflect the age of the property.
Additional features include Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, and air conditioning in the main living area, games room, and upstairs bedroom. A combustion fireplace is available for use during the cooler months.
Neptune is pet-friendly, however the yard is not fully enclosed on the beach side, so pets will need to be supervised.
If you are looking for a simple, older beach house in a great location where you can step straight onto the sand, Neptune may be a suitable option.
Important Information:
- This is a non-luxury, older property with basic, dated interiors and visible wear.
- Bedroom 4 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top)
- Bedroom 5 is only accessible via the master bedroom suite so is ideal for a couple with two children.
- The steps to access the beach are steep - young children and the elderly should be supervised. Please use at own risk.
- Whilst the property is pet-friendly there is no fencing on the beach side. All other sides are fenced and there are secure courtyards for dogs at the front and side of the house.
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property has front yard fenced only and pets will need to be actively supervised
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom, main living area and games room.

- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- This is not a party house. Loud noise, parties and disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. This property is in a quiet residential area with neighbours in close proximity.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.
