Casa is one of 3 apartments in my guesthouse named Seagrapes. It has two bed rooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room.

We are centrally located 1/5 mile from airport and 1.25 miles from town and ferry dock. Flamenco beach is 5 minute drive and Zoni is 5 miles away.

Ocean views from 2 decks, shaded hammock grove, outdoor shower and bathroom, luggage storage.
The space
Outdoors you can enjoy the 2 large decks with beautiful ocean views and relax in the hammocks grove.

Free Extend Stay —The outdoor shower is great to rinse off after the beach and we have an outdoor bathroom that guests can use at any time but many of our guests use it upon early arrival or after check-out to enjoy full day on Culebra. We also provide luggage storage for early arrivals or for after guests check out.

Inside CASA has 2 bedrooms, a larger one and another a bit smaller. Lots of cabinet space to store your items. Open floorplan between the large well stocked full kitchen and living room. Bathroom is between the bedrooms and has on-demand hot water shower. All rooms have cold AC.

Our guests are welcome to enjoy 3 separate seating areas on the decks, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, beach towels, yoga mats are all provided free of charge.

Complementary wifi and Netflix for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
Please note that there are wild roosters, iguana and a variety of bugs on Culebra. We do our best to exterminate and keep them outside but sometimes bugs and geckos get in. You assistance in keeping door and windows closed and food in refrigerator and not left out on counters helps very much in keeping pests away.
