The location of the hotel is prime, right next to the Forum Mall, and a casino. Their are restaurants in the hotel and across the street. The room service was great, very welcoming. Thank Yiu

Overall the room was good. However the towels were very used- old. The towel rank in the bathroom was broken. The shower very slippery almost fell in the Shower.

Property photos looked good. But in person room is to small, i planned to stay for 8 nights. Was willing to pay for bigger room and i needed it. Unfortunately there wasn't and has to check out and book at another place. "Hotel policy" according to Expedia stated that there is no refund for the 7 night i didnt stay... very upsetting and disappointed with hotel and Expedia...

Les contaré mi experiencia, el hotel está en remodelación por lo cual había que utilizar los elevadores de servicio, eso no me pareció un problema pero la habitación si tenía el piso dañado y la puerta de la regadera no cerraba, por lo cual se salía el agua. La limpieza si estuvo bien, todo hasta el momento en que dejé 2 paquetes de galletas ( que eran un Regalo que llevé) sobre el escritorio y al regresar a la habitación por la tarde, noté movidos los empaques, y al abrirlos me di cuenta que alguien había decidido comerse las galletas, ambos paquetes estaban incompletos. Después de ver eso revisé todas mis pertenencias y no faltaba nada más que las galletas. Me dirigí a recepción y se disculparon y prometieron investigar. Más tarde fue a la habitación una encargada en turno que prometió lo mismo y ofreció una disculpa, tomó mis datos y prometio comunicarse conmigo. Hasta el momento han pasado 2 semanas y no hay contacto, y el tema quedó en el olvido. Yo podría haber omitido el tema de las reparaciones y desperfectos pero el tema de las galletas fue una grosería y una falta de respeto hacia las pertenencia y la intimidad de un huésped. Estoy muy decepcionada y no regresaré.
