"What a great stay we had at The Cochrane House! Our hosts were accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We stayed at the Cochrane House after attending a couple of sporting events in Detroit. It was so nice to come back to a place that was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast arrived at our door the following morning. Coffee just as we like it and homemade biscuits.
The sisters that own this home are terrific hosts. And not only do they care about their guests, they are also committed...

"Room floor was dirty, ants everywhere. Moved bed to be closer to outlet and find bottom of bed full of trash from previous stays. Bedsheets as well as towels all stained and walls covered in dust. Very neglected place."

"The entire house was slanted, making it difficult to walk up the stairs, which were already fairly steep. One friend left with unspecified bug bites on her leg, several of us had reddish and brown stains on our mattresses, and one persons was flipped over to hide said stains. Floor came up a bit in the kitchen on our first night there and a friend got a scratch on her foot from it. Trash was also not taken out when we arrived. Decorations were nice, and towels, sheets and dishes were included,...

"Beautifully restored historic home with amazing attention to detail. We stayed in the Astor room. Very comfortable bed and room was perfect. Close to the Ford house which we toured. Owners are very welcoming and passionate about their B&B and made our experience a great memory! Thank you!"

"The space is amazing. Classic, luxurious and sexy. The staff, especially Ivory at the front desk and the young lady at the coffee shop (the one who wears a head dress, sorry we missed your name), really stood out with their professionalism and kindness. The room was a great size, loved the decor, and the cleaning staff were attentive. Loved that there was a coffee shop/cafe, and a restarant in house - so convenient. We would absolutely stay again. "
"It was a very convient place to stay, easy booking and everything just went really well. Host was very nice although i didnt have to communicate much with him. As a frequent concert goer this is the spot lol super close to Qline. Will definitely stay here again! The apartment is cute as well. Wish there was more parking though lol as some people dont know how to share lol"
