"Basqal Resort is a great getaway from Baku- just two hours. Excellent service. Aytaj went above and beyond to support us and make any spa reservations. The manager checked in on us as well. Nice breakfast buffet with Mountain views. Enjoyed a nice massage. My daughter enjoyed the pool."

"Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. "
