"Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes. The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested. During checkout, we were unexpectedly told that we had a "debt" to the restaurant, even though we had already paid for everything. This caused another unnecessary delay while they tried to sort it out. The room cleaning service was also below standard — our room wasn’t cleaned at all on the second day, despite us being out for most of it. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Poor service, lack of organization, and cleanliness issues made it a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it to others."

"The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. "

One of the highlights was the spa and wellness area, where the adults could unwind while the kids enjoyed safe and engaging activities. The hotel offered a great balance of relaxation for parents and entertainment for children. Dining was another fantastic experience. The variety of food catered to both adults and kids, with fresh, delicious options at every meal. The staff was always attentive and kind, making sure even the youngest guests were happy. We left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to come back. Basqal Resort and Spa is truly a perfect destination for families looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time together in a stunning setting. Highly recommended!"
