This historic brick home has a spacious living room and dining room. Three bedroom 1.5 bathroom. Located in Cumberland MD close to the GAP bicycle trail and the C&O Canal. Within walking distance from downtown Cumberland. Includes a back deck and front porch. This home also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and an original claw foot tub. The home is built on a mountain so there are alot of stairs. Don't book if stairs are a problem. Pet friendly with no additional fee.

House was great. Lots of history. It is old but unique. Not for folks who have difficulty with stairs. Franklin was good to us. We would stay again if passing through.

This property is horrible. Floors are uneven. First floor bathroom has no heat. 2nd floor bedroom on left has no heat. MICE EVERYWHERE!!! No steak knives or tongs in kitchen. Left with 1/4 roll of paper towels. You have to contort yourself to get laundry out of the dryer, which doesn’t shut off. You have to climb up into the tub to take a shower. Neighbor left note on my car threatening to put super glue and papers all over my car. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Nice 12 minute walk to town and great Dinner at Ristorante Ottaviani. Close. To GAP &C&O. Very clean and roomy. Worked out great for me and my biking friends. Had everything we needed.

1900’s Townhome
We stayed here as we were in town for my daughters wedding. Loved the age and history seen in the home, it was a nice stay much cheaper than local hotels at the time.
