"Greeted at reception and checked in quickly and efficiently. Room very tired and outdated definitely in need of updating however very clean. The heater on the wall barely worked so the room was rather cold and no way of making the room warmer! Shower if a good pressure but temperature fluctuated from very hot to very cold this needs sorting out. Tea and coffee provided and a full length mirror. Lighting a bit 80’s but serviceable. Breakfast good though would have liked it cooked fresh as it was barely warm when served. Though nice choice of breakfast items. Shout out to Doreen - what a lovely lady and all the staff in the restaurant all very obliging and friendly. "

"Wifi was an issue in my first room. I was moved the next day to a second room and that fixed the connection problem. The second room however, I had to call for help turning hot water temperature up. Dial may have been damaged."

"The service this time round was faultless all round… From check in to small requests. Everyone was truly amazing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, we are breakfast people but I am not a morning person. The staff were amazing and accommodated our request for my husband to bring some breakie back to the room for me. My husband doesn’t like mushrooms but he tried theirs, ate them all. He could not stop complimenting the breakfast, especially the mushrooms."
