"Something different with very helpful staff. Location for eating out options was excellent and the city tram was a 5 - 10 minute walk away so easy to get into the city from Leith. Even better the same tram takes you all the way to the airport and as it is near the end of the run seats and luggage storage are not a problem. The bedroom was very comfortable although a little tight for luggage storage while the bathroom was excellent and a good shower. Staff at the desk, most helpful and knowledgable and always willing to listen. A quiet place to stop for a break and not so far from the city."

"Stayed for dunhill golf tournament 3 nights. Booked in advance so very good rate . Standard double room. Clean and spacious. Kyle on reception very helpful and courteous. All staff members polite. Breakfast very busy but although some slight delays with taking orders generally kept on top of things. Replenished items quickly. Would stay again "
