The spa is small but lovely and I particularly enjoyed the massage with Cristiana - book it if you have a chance. The dinner was excellent and I loved the wine list with lots of local wines to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this relais for a relaxing stay in Marche."

The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. The purpose of our visit was genealogy in Cupra Marittima and this was just a few minutes' drive down the beach. We cooked dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen each night and enjoyed the view. "Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. "This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very hot and the window and shutters need to be kept closed for the simple air conditioner to have any level of efficiency. There were 3 flights of steps which our elderly dog found challenging."
