Clogged sink, stinky room: extra heavy chemical fragrances trying to disguise the horrible sewage odors emerging from the bathroom. Double that with extremely heavy chemically scented bedsheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was absolutely miserable. The scrambled eggs were a greasy fluid smelling like chicken (yikes!)

Hotel bem localizado, a recepção não me passou informações claras sobre o estacionamento, que quando reservei, dizia que tinha estacionando disponível, sendo que ao chegar para o check in fui informado que estava cheio. Precisei buscar uma alternativa e pagar por fora. Prédio com mobília antiga e estrutura antiga, o qual está pedindo uma reforma urgente. Colchões muito moles, que afundam bastante quando se deita. Instalações elétricas precisam de atualização, pois o quarto pouco iluminafo e também possui poucas tomadas. O chuveiro esquenta bem, porém, a água está sem direção, espirrando muito para os lados. Infelizmente não recebe 3 estrelas.

O hotel de fato é antigo, isso eu sabia. Já fiquei em outros quartos do mesmo hotel que foram melhores. A limpeza deixa a desejar, mas o quarto em si é minimamente confortável com ar condicionado. Alguns detalhes como toalhas um pouco manchadas, travesseiro muito baixo e as portas danificadas e papel higiênico áspero podem melhorar.

Nota: 0 Infelizmente, essa foi a pior experiência que já tive em um hotel. Logo na chegada, fomos mal atendidos pelo recepcionista, com grosseria e total falta de profissionalismo. No anúncio constava que o hotel possuía estacionamento, porém ao chegar fomos informados de que estava lotado, sem qualquer aviso prévio de que isso poderia acontecer. Por esse motivo, fomos obrigados a pagar R$ 160,00 de estacionamento externo por dois dias, um gasto inesperado e injusto. O elevador é muito antigo e passa pouca segurança. Ao entrar no quarto, o cheiro era terrível. As paredes estavam sujas, com manchas visíveis, os espelhos completamente sujos e mal conservados. O banheiro estava extremamente sujo, a descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava e o ar-condicionado não funcionava, além de ser muito antigo. Para completar, o café de péssima qualidade, quase nenhuma opção de frutas e pouquíssima variedade. Muito abaixo do mínimo aceitável. Sem exagero algum, foi o pior hotel que já fiquei na minha vida. Falta limpeza, manutenção, organização e, principalmente, respeito com o hóspede. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

A localização pelo Google maps leva o usuário após a estação, 500 MTS do local, quase achei que tinha caído num golpe porque não achava o local. só fui encontrar no Wase. O estacionamento próximo é caro, sem parceria com o hotel, o bwc estava sujo com a cesta de lixo cheia de outra estadia. As torneiras e registros são antigos, difíceis de fechar, fica vazando. os travesseiros são muitos moles.
