Homeless, unclean, toxic & treats you a criminal

Old building not well maintained. Paint is peeling the hallways are dark and mildew-y. You get begged for money by homeless the instant you walk out the door, terrible area. Your key card demagnetizes every single day so you have to check back in, every day, even if you paid. I did.not complete the full stay and they wouldnt refund or fix any problems.

Tem que melhorar!

O quarto tinha varios problemas como televisão sem controle da televisão e arcondicionado tinha que pegar na recepcão. Não havia um lixo pequeno no quarto para jogar o lixo produzido , somente no banheiro. Não havia telefone para ligar para recepcão ou ligar para fora do hotel. No frigobar não havia uma simples agua para comprar tinha que comprar na recepcão.

Hotel bom mais com ressalvas

Quarto ok não para mais de um dia , banheiro com janelas e cantos sujos , manutenção em mau estado da área do chuveiro , televisão não pegava canais principais globo , Sbt apenas 3 canais de tv a cabo , quarto com baixa iluminação o que atrapalha para fazer reuniões de dentro do quarto café da manhã bom e com várias opções

Caindo a quantidade

Gostamos muito deste hotel, mas parece que a qualidade vem caindo. Exemplo é no café da manhã. Perguntei se havia mais torradas, coisa tão simples e a resposta que ouvi foi: Acabou acabou. A mesma coisa vale para o pudim, que deve ser um só por dia. Quem comeu, comeu. Outra coisa foi o chuveiro não esquentou no sábado e com o frio que estava, era impossível tomar banho frio.

Muito bom!!!

O atendimento foi maravilhoso, cafe da manhã e localização ótimos. É um hotel antigo, mas tem o necessário. O chuveiro é muito bom, também. Todos sao muito gentis e tem boas opcoes de refeições por perto. Nao é luxuoso, mas tem tudo que se precisa.

A recepção foi excelente, o moço que nos recepcionou na porta nos explicou sobre a região, deu algumas recomendações e nos levou até a recepção. O hotel tem algumas limitações. Se um cadeirante ou com mobilidade reduzida precisar se hospedar, esse não é o hotel, pois logo na entrada tem que subir de escada. No piso da recepção para os quartos já possui elevador. Ficamos em um quarto que estava cheiroso, no entanto, tivemos a surpresa quando fomos guardar nossos pertences, mofo no armário, o pilar estava com infiltração e uma luz do banheiro estava queimada. Não sei se outras acomodação são semelhantes, mas a nossa experiência não foi boa.
