O atendimento é bom, ficamos no primeiro andar, o corredor estava com cheiro ruim, no quarto o colchão é muito duro e desconfortável, banheiro com torneiras antigas difícil para abrir e fechar, toalhas de banho muito finas e desgastadas. Fomos para uma viagem de férias em família e não conseguimos dormir devido ao barulho interno nos corredores, hóspedes chegando de madrugada e fazendo muito barulho

A localização do hotel é de frente para uma avenida de grande movimento, inclusive ônibus, a noite toda. Me disponibilizaram um quarto no primeiro andar e de frente para a avenida. Muito barulhento. Acredito que a partir do terceiro andar é melhor.

Quarto apertado para 03 adultos, escolha outro quarto. Banheiro mais apertado ainda, não há espaço para manusear limpeza higiênica. Controle remoto do ar condicionado não funcionava, mas foi imediatamente trocado. Café da manhã muito bom, completo. Atendimento cortês e rápido.
