Had to complain about property conditions, molded walls, broken tiles, broken toilet, cracked walls, not well maintained at all. They changed out room but still, the tv worked but the image was like the 80’s, the AC didn’t work in the room and the one on the living room smelled like sewer and froze when we put down to 20C. Only one lamp in the room making the bedroom dark. Not well maintained.

Muito mal organizado. Fiz a reserva de 2 quartos e pedi que fosse próximos, obtive a resposta que seria feito o possível. Porém ao fazer o checkin O atendente nem sabia da solicitação e disse que esse tipo de coisa não era feita (parecia que eu estava pedindo pra tirar uma parede do lugar) Foi extremamente desagradável até no informar, dizendo que era assim Que funcionava, que só sabia o quarto no ato do checkin. Não tinha carrinho disponível, e ele informou que os hóspedes que trazem os carrinhos de volta, não tem funcionário para isso. Chegamos no meio da tarde, não era madrugada! Os elevadores são extremamente pequenos e insuficientes para tantos quartos. No 1o dia de café da manhã um ovo não estava bom, meu marido informou a moça da cozinha, ainda assim demorou muito para que algo fosse feito. Estava claramente com um Ovo podre. Ou seja: o hotel tem estrutura média, mas o serviço deixa d+ a desejar… tem outros no entorno com valor próximo, numa próxima visita certamente não escolherei esse.

O apartamento disponibilizado, após pagamento de um upgrade oferecido, apresentou alguns problemas de conservação e manutenção: A cama extra oferecida era um sofá cama, velho, encardido, em péssimas condições de uso, os pés caiam oferecendo perigo, etc. O chuveiro alternava frequentemente entre muito frio e muito quente, quase impossibilitando o uso. As luminárias de cabeceira estavam soltas e caindo. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Os recepcionistas e serviços de limpeza foram sempre atenciosos e prestativos.
