It was truly a pleasure to experience such a wonderful stay. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. They must fix the elevator problem, staying in the 12ht floor with one slow elevator option was a nightmare =/ Good stay but the elevator problem ruin the experience

No geral tudo muito bom. Mas o quarto que fiquei eram 2 ambientes e tinha apenas 1 ar condicionado, o que não deixa nenhum dos 2 ambientes confortável. Fui informado que o café da manhã em dias de feriado era até às 10h30. Na segunda-feira de carnaval foi até às 10hs.

Me impressionei positivamente com o hotel. Inicialmente com a cordialidade e respeito que fui atendido tanto na recepção, quanto com os demais colaboradores. Ficamos no quarto família e gostei, além da cama de casal, havia uma cama de solteiro e um sofá cama de casa. Ainda no quarto havia uma pia e cooking top, o que ajudou na cocção da comidinha do bebe. O café também é um destaque, com uma variedade interessante.
