"The room I stayed in was clean and I did not see any bugs. The room had a small coffee pot, ironing board/iron. The hairdryer was broken, but was no big deal since I had my own with me. I requested a non smoking room and my room did not smell like smoke. The facility should maintain the air conditioners as the filters were quite dirty. Most staff seemed friendly. Only 1 instance where I reported the milk was sour at breakfast, and the attendant just shrugged his shoulders and never replaced it. Breakfast was coffee/tea, 2 choices of dry cereal, oatmeal, bananas/apples, yogurt & toast. The pool area was very nice. I read many negative comments about this location and just wanted people to know it wasn’t as bad as I read. Seems to be an older facility, but was clean and comfortable."

"Very Clean and Modern Hotel. All of the staff are excellent from Receptionist to Room attendants to Breakfast Attendant. Everyone is helpful and really contributed to our excellent stay at this location. We will be returning in the future. A big thanks to Amir, He was always ready with a suggestion for lunch, dinner or entertainment."

"We had 20 people for this year’s trip and the house was more than adequate for all of us. The wild horses came to visit almost every day! Great spot and will be booking again."

"Overall the property was good! It was close to the beach and we enjoyed the pool, especially our two granddaughters. The pool table and pinball machine were fun but the foosball table was broken. The house had plenty of room but the bedroom on the main floor had no direct access to a bathroom. The layout of the kitchen was odd with the sink not being in the middle and at the opposite end from the refrigerator. The dryer needs to be repaired/replaced as it wouldn’t totally dry things after multiple cycle attempts. The wall air returns are very dirty and need cleaned. The indoor furniture was fine and the 3rd floor was a nice get away with a nice view of the ocean. The water pressure in the showers was low and the kitchen faucet took a long time to get hot but when it did, it was really hot. The outdoor stairs and railings as well as the deck railings need painted or replaced. Two final things to add, the large fig tree left drippings all over our cars and the mosquitoes around the house were terrible. Maybe the trees could be trimmed and the outside area could be sprayed periodically. Despite the things listed above, our family enjoyed our stay at Nantucket Charm and Sandbridge!!!!"

"Other than a couple of minor housekeeping issues this property was outstanding. We were a group of ten adults and eight kids aged 2-13 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Massive, VERY well equipped kitchen made meal time a bit less stressful. Indoor pool was a huge plus as was the oceanfront location. All in all, everyone had an excellent week. Thank you!"
