"Crowne Plaza is run down and not very clean. We had to move rooms because the first room we entered was dirty and the 2nd room was not much better. The hotel overall is not kept up. Staff was friendly and quickly gave us a 2nd room without hesitation. "

"The room was in disarray, there were damaged receptacles, the toilet was dirty, the tub drain was disgusting, the room wreaked of cigarette smoke and smelled unclean, the carpet was dirty and dated. The staff was excellent though!"
