I really enjoyed the location of this hotel, an easy walk to the Plaza with plenty of dining options along the way. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Ótimo atendimento, ótima localização

O atendimento do pessoal do hotel é muito bom. Um dos melhores que já vimos em qualquer lugar. A localização é excelente, muito próximo à praça de armas. À noite faz barulho por ser perto de bares.

Hotel a unos pasos de plaza de armas, es cómodo y buenas instalaciones, lamentamblemente se encuentra a un lado de un bar y es mucho ruido toda la noche solicite el cambio de habitación 2 veces, no pude descansar durante mi estancia, después de realizar tours lo que desea uno es descansar no es la opción para eso recomendaría reservar en otra parte.

Não gostamos do quarto que foi reservado pra nós. Solicitamos a troca e os funcionários nos deram diversas opções de outros quartos, até mesmo juntando duas camas de solteiro pra nós porque o quarto que mais gostamos não tinha cama de casal. Além de juntar as camas, ainda decoraram com pétalas de flores. Incrível! Super recomendo! *alem de tudo, ainda tem uma localizados excelente é um café da manhã INCRÍVEL!!! O melhor café da manhã de todos os tempos!!!!

My boyfriend and myself stayed here from Feb 17 to 21. We went to machu pichu the night of 18 and held our luggage and did not charge for that night. Upon return on 19 our room was ready with luggage in the room. The next day was my boyfriends bday. When we returned to the room that evening there was a bday card and cake for him!! From the pickup at the aiport, friendly staff, great breakfast, location and everything in between we could.not have asked for better!!

24hr open information center, and very helpful to whatever you asked ( I even asked the microwave for warming foods.but they didnt have it so they gave plenty hot water (really hot water) to my room) about services.. they provided free pickup service. apply them before you arrive at cusco.And connection with other tierra viva hotel is really good- I stayed 1 night here and moved to another tierra viva. They moved my luggage to another tierra viva WITHOUT CHARGING FEES. I prefer tierra viva plaza than centro. it is closer to the main plaza. you can reach to most of main places in 5 mins by walk. (but tierra centro needs more than 15 mins) If I visit cusco again, I will stay here again.

직원들은 너무 친절하고 객실 상태도 좋았다 아르마스광장도 가까워 이동이 편리하고 좋으나 주말에 묶는건 비추! 호텔 라인 위쪽으로 클럽이 여러군데여서 주말엔 너무 시끄러워서 잠들기 힘들었다 평일엔 조용해서 편하게 지내다옴

The best things about this hotel are it’s location, clean room, great ambiance, and friendly staff. The only thing we don’t like is the noise from a nearby club at night. Would come back to this hotel again.

Excellent location, and unbeatable service!

Our group of 6 people chose Tierra Viva Cusco Plaza because of its prime location and reasonable pricing. From check in it was apparent the customer service was exceptional and continued until check out. They will make your stay enjoyable and tend to your every request you will not be disappointed! It can be a little noisy from a busy street nearby at night, but nothing to warrant avoiding not booking this hotel.

This is an amazing location, less than 2 minute walk to the Center Park. The staff is awesome! As a non Spanish speaking guy from the US, they made my experience staying with them a wonderful one. Very clean, secure. I highy recommend this motel!

I was on the bottom floor and no elevator...Other than that...Great hotel. There are several bars around with music...if you sleep light may not be good. However the view of Cusco maybe worth it. The staff are so NICE and if you need AC maybe not, but you don't need it. Weather is great.

Nice and clean. Didn’t have AC or ceiling fan in the room, however room was very comfortable. Iron on request. Room safe available.
