You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Pend Oreille river cabin +

Water front 1br, 1ba cabin with additional sleeping quarters in loft above garage.
There is a gazebo, fire pit, grass area by the water, and a new dock. Boat launch is two houses down. There are 4 beds total with 2 additional pull outs.
Two RV sites. Additional charge of $40/night/RV to be added. Put in as a parking fee.
This property is setup very nice, and can be used in a variety of ways.
Lots of sight seeing in the area with Gardner caves, Sweet creek falls, PeeWee Falls, Chain lakes on Hwy 20, Box Cannon Dam, Sullivan lake, and many more. Golf at Serendipity. There is a casino in Cusick 15 miles away. Gravel pit across hwy 20 that is great for target practice, biking, ATV riding, hiking, and sledding in the winter.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave beds unmade, Take all garbage out. Loft door needs to be locked with the key after turning off A/C / heat and lights. Turn A/C and lights off in cabin. Wash your dishes please and place in rack
Turn lights off and shut cook shed door making sure it is locked. Do not set the keys down in the cook shed the door locks 😬make sure fire 🔥 s out completely. Clean floors with vacuum’s in all bld,s
Please “do not” do any laundry I take it home. Place keys in the lock box shut and turn the dial.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Be respectful of the property, and neighbors. Do not lock pets inside. Strictly no smoking in buildings. Please dump your RV tanks at casino or?
Have fun, and be careful. Some times there are burn bans even in fire pits, so check with Pend Oreille co., or owner Children must wear life jackets
Parking on my lot or directly across the road from my lot. No parking in front of neighbors without prior permission from them.
