This spacious home is one of Custer's oldest and most historic, originally built in 1887 for the owner of the 1st National Bank of Dakota Territory is conveniently located in walkable distance to downtown Custer. Beautifully renovated within the last 5 years, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home makes for the perfect home base for enjoying the Black Hills.
