"It’s an ok hotel if you are only staying for one night. The room was cleaned however, the hallway to the rooms were not. "

From the above and beyond service and friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness, charm, and quality of the rooms, and the unique (Carousel Bar) and luxurious (rooftop pool) amenities, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay! 100/10"

"The place needs a complete overhaul. The bathroom remodel looked like a kid did it. Uneven doors, hair dryer came out of the wall, paint didn't match for patch jobs, bugs, cigarette burns in the blanket..... The night clerk was rude and could not give me directions within walking distance to find food after my door dash delivery was given to a guy across the complex. Absolutely rude! Only good thing was a bus station nearby...."

"Quite literally the worst hotel option possible. Walked in at 9:20, before check in cut off, and the front desk lady said she ran out of keys…? So after 10 minutes she hands me a key, walk to the room, open the door to beer cans and a clearly slept in bed. I bolted out, scared. Ran to the desk to request another room, she gave us the new room key, got to the room and it smelt of weed, smoke, and other indescribable scents. Again, ran to the front to request a refund. Please do not stay here, it is not safe, and it is not clean. Spend the extra $50 and go to the hotels down the road. This place needs to be shut down."

"I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest."
