Sehr nette Vermieterin, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung der KĂŒche. Hand- u. BadetĂŒcher waren reichlich vorhanden. Wir waren mit unserem sechsjĂ€hrigen Enkel fĂŒr drei Übernachtungen da; fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Zeit mit drei Personen sehr beengt, fĂŒr zwei Personen okay.

Kurzurlaub in Duhnen August 2024

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Einrichtung war ausreichend fĂŒr 2 Personen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der kleine Balkon hat eingeladen zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken etc. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe von Frau Witthohn war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Wir wĂŒrden gern wieder einmal hinfahren.

Schöne Wohnung

War wie immer ein erholsamer Urlaub im wunderschönen Duhnen. Die Wohnung war gemĂŒtlich sauber und hat einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich!! Mir hat der Kurzurlaub sehr gut gefallen, da auch das Wetter einfach traumhaft war.

Praktische nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur leider fehlt dem Balkon (vom Schlafzimmer aus zu begehen) ein Tisch zum gemĂŒtlichen Sitzen... Wir hatten sehr sonnige Tage und leider hat sich diese Dachgeschosswohnung sehr aufgeheizt aufgeheizt. och sehr aufgeheizt

Sehr gemĂŒtliche, liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung

Mein 9-jĂ€hriger Enkel und ich haben eine schöne Zeit in der sehr gepflegten, gemĂŒtlichen Dachwohnung in sehr guter Lage mit Blick auf viel "GrĂŒn" und vom kleinen Balkon im Schlafzimmer aufs Meer sehr genossen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Leider nichts fĂŒr uns

Man sollte das Angebot schon genau lesen, bevor man sich fĂŒr diese Ferienwohnung entscheidet. Wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass das Appartement in Richtung Nordsee liegt mit freiem Blick auf das Meer. Das zur Anzeige gehörige Foto suggeriert diese Annahme auch. Leider stellten wir erst vor Ort fest, dass das Werbefoto die Hinteransicht des Hauses zeigt. Und eben hier liegt auch die Wohnung 21 – mit Ausblick zur Meerabgewandten Seite und dort sieht man nur ParkplĂ€tze und FerienhĂ€user. Da nĂŒtzt es wenig bis gar nichts, dass die Unterkunft Zitat „in schönster Lage in der 1. Reihe am Deich und Watt“ - Zitat Ende – liegt. Deich und Watt – nicht Strand – direkt vor der HaustĂŒre. Aber selbst der direkte Zugang zu Deich und Watt wird durch einen Zaun verwehrt. Entscheidend fĂŒr unsere vorzeitige Abreise waren die Betten. Die sehr dĂŒnnen Matratzen bereiteten derartige RĂŒckenschmerzen, dass wir uns entschlossen nicht noch zwei weitere NĂ€chte dort zu schlafen. Immerhin sind neue, dickere Matratzen bestellt. Bleibt der sonnige Balkon. Der war in der Tat sonnig. Das er aber einen traumhaften Meerblick bietet, können wir nur eingeschrĂ€nkt bestĂ€tigen. Auf dem zur Anzeige gehörenden Foto ist die erhebliche EinschrĂ€nkung der Sicht durch das Dach des Nachbarhauses leider nicht zu sehen. Fazit: HĂ€tten wir diese Dinge vorher gewusst, hĂ€tten wir diese Ferienwohnung sicher nicht gebucht. Ansonsten entsprach die Wohnung der Beschreibung. WLAN kostenfrei, Parkplatz vorm Haus, sauber, gemĂŒtlich

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön Morgens haben wir im Erker gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt und abends konnten wir vom Balkon aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Wir haben noch eine Anregung: Es wĂ€re schön,,wenn an einem Fenster ein Fliege gitter angebracht wĂ€re.
