The "Litfaß 12" apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is furnished to a high standard and very comfortably. It features a spacious living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV, a study with a desk, two bedrooms (each with a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm (71 x 79 in), one with satellite TV), and two accessible bathrooms with shower, toilet, washbasin, and towel warmer. The apartment has two balconies facing south and west.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system that regulates airflow.

the apartment door is soundproofed and equipped with an intercom system and a video transmission system for access control.
