Measuring 20 m², the studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate up to two people. The modernly furnished apartment is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a cosy setting.

The kitchen in our holiday rental is fully equipped and has everything you could need. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a two-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The dining table in the apartment is perfect for sharing meals and fosters a sense of togetherness. Alternatively, you can try the numerous nearby restaurants offering local and international cuisine.

Shared washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

The area surrounding the Frauenpreiss apartment building offers a wide variety of recreational activities. Whether hiking, biking, or windsurfing, there’s something for everyone here. Boat tours invite you to explore the impressive coastline, while horse-drawn carriage rides let you experience the beauty of the Wadden Sea up close. Haus Frauenpreiss is situated in an idyllic location, right next to the Wernerwald, the outdoor forest pool, the adventure playground, and the climbing park. Just about 400 metres away, you’ll find the sandy beach, the promenade, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafés, and the bakery. The dog beach is also easily accessible from here.

An exclusive wellness area awaits you, which you can conveniently reach by lift. Spanning a generous 344 m², you can relax and unwind to your heart’s content from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The swimming pool, with a pleasant water temperature of approximately 28 °C, measures approximately 12 x 6 metres and offers plenty of space for a refreshing swim. A staircase with a handrail allows you to safely enter the water, and you can activate the counter-current system at the push of a button.

The sauna area offers a relaxing break with an extra-cold shower, a relaxation room, and a small outdoor area that invites you to linger. The communal sauna and steam room can be used for just €3 (in €1 coins).

Particularly impressive is the large rooftop terrace, which is accessible by lift. Here, you can enjoy the view of the sea in a private setting, breathe in the fresh air, and let the day wind down as the sun sets.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a small fee.
