The 122 m² exclusive holiday apartment "Sünnsied" awaits you in a prime location in Duhnen. The beautiful sandy beach is only about 70 meters away, and the center of Duhnen is just a short walk away.

The exclusive "Sünnsied" apartment (Apartment 5 on the 1st floor) accommodates up to 6 people and is furnished to a very high standard with many amenities. A spacious living and dining area awaits you, complete with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. The two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and satellite TV, are very comfortable and inviting. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. You will find two bathrooms (each accessible from the bedroom): The first bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, washbasin, toilet, and a towel warmer. The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, and towel warmer. The apartment features two balconies facing south and west, as well as a Juliet balcony facing east. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system that regulates supply and exhaust air. All windows are fitted with electric roller shutters and triple glazing; the apartment door is soundproofed and equipped with an intercom system and a video transmission system for access control. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

A free parking space (No. 5) and a shared bicycle storage room are located in the basement.

The building also has a shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers on the second floor.
