From 01. 05. 2019 we are building the neighboring property. As a result, noise pollution during the day can not be ruled out.

The modern 40 m² Non smoking rental is located on the mezzanine floor with a small balcony facing south / west. It is equipped with 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with double sofa bed, cable TV (flat screen TV), radio and shower / WC. The kitchenette has a 4-ring ceramic hob and oven. There is also a dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Apartment is a short walk from the beach, the center and the Ahoibad away.

Schöne Wohnung ruhige aber zentrale Lage

Fahrradraum zu klein im Keller. E-Bike lassen sich nur unter äußerster Kraftanstrengung die dafür vorgesehene steile Kellertreppe nach oben und unten befördern. Vorschlag: Abschließbare Fahrradraum ebenerdig

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Gute Ausstattung mit allem was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht .Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist kaum zu überbieten

Die Wohnung ist in einem Topzustand an Sauberkeit und Einrichtung der Möbel sowie Küchenenrichtung mit ALLEM was dazu gehört. Nur der Kellereingang für die Ebikes ist nicht Optimal zu eng und zu steil.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage

Top Lage, fünf Minuten zum Strand oder Ortsmitte. Bequeme Betten, überdachter Balkon, gut ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Kühlschrank, der schlecht kühlt ,aber im Gefrierfach gute Eiswürfel macht.

Alles da, was man braucht

Die Wohnung ist sauber und der Wohn-/ Essbereich ist groß und einladend. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht, es fehlte uns an nichts. Ich persönlich finde, dass die Wohnung für 4 Personen dennoch etwas zu klein ist. Insbesondere das Bad ist sehr klein, die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer fand ich jetzt nicht so gut, sodass ich mit meinen Kindern (6 und 9) im Doppelbett geschlafen habe und ein Kleiderschrank für vier Personen könnte knapp werden. Für zwei Erwachsene oder wie bei uns -ein Erwachsener und zwei Kinder- ist die Wohnung perfekt. Der Weg zum Strand, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (...) ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet, auch für Selbstversorger super geeignet! Die Lage ist sehr gut, in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße gelegen und jeweils etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Bäcker, dem Meer und dem Hallenbad von Duhnen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne mal wieder! *****
