Ankerplatz 22 – Spacious Living Right on the Lock Channel
The modern, barrier-free, non-smoking apartment Ankerplatz 22 enjoys a sunny southwest-facing location and, with approximately 102 m² including the sunroom, offers plenty of space for families, couples, and guests who want to combine holiday and work.
The bright living area, featuring a smart TV, soundbar, and dining area, flows directly into the spacious sunroom, which can be opened on two sides. From here, you can access the terrace and your private garden area right next to the lock channel.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and features, among other things, an induction cooktop with an integrated range hood, a separate oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, and a capsule coffee machine.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining walk-in closet, a children’s room with a bunk bed, and a separate office with an electrically height-adjustable desk and an ergonomic office chair.
The spacious bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, and washing machine. There is also a separate guest bathroom.
A private parking space is located directly in front of the building. Bicycles can be stored in the basement, which is easily accessible by lift.
Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate.

Note: Bedding and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If you’d like, you can easily add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following items for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one tea towel
- one roll of toilet paper
