The view of the ocean was stunning and beach was very conveniently located. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and supporting the local area. It was a very relaxing and economical stay. "I did not use the pool. He was often too full. There's a lot of families who go there, especially at Christmas. So the pool was 20-30 people at a time. It was too full and it's a small pool as well. There was a day when there were three dogs in the pool. So I didn't want to go in after I saw that the only other thing was the noise because it's a very Hollow building and with people so many people in the corridors and children screaming and the even the staff at 8:00 in the morning with really loud music while they cleaned it made so that you you couldn't really sleep in so there were some very good things with it, but also a few negatives. They kindly changed my room as well for a balcony with had a view of the beach and made the stay better."

"This place is a trap. The pictures do not represent the state of the facility at all. There is no palapa in the common area. the place is run down and falling apart. There is no AC in the rooms. There is no wifi in the rooms. I stayed here for 4 of the 6 nights that I booked, and told myself that I enjoy camping and this was a step above camping. Then a storm came through and I had water pouring into my room in all areas of my room. This feels like an abandoned hotel that someone found a way to get power to, and started renting rooms out. The lady at the front desk and the maintenance guy were very pleasant. They did call the owner for me and the owner made zero effort to make this right. I also reached out to Hotels.com and they offered zero help or support. I asked them to investigate the place and I do not get the impression that they will. The view is amazing if you get an ocean front room. Bring a tent to set up and your cleaning supplies though. The pictures don't do it justice of how bad this place is. I wish I could post the videos I took. "
