"Staff was friendly. Was offered a room on the first floor (was very useful since my elderly mother has trouble with stairs). The room was clean but was showing its age since its last remodel. Parking lot did not offer a ton of parking but we were able to locate a spot relatively close to our room. The continental breakfast was bleak; the offering was cold cereal, banana, apple, juice, and coffee. We stuck to the juice and coffee. Other hotels/motels I have stayed at in the past also offered hot breakfast (oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, sausage, eggs, toast, etc)... that is why I stated that this breakfast was bleak. The pool looked clean and maintained (I did not have an opportunity to use it). There is a large safety fence around it with a locked gate; they come and unlock it in the morning."
