"Old hotel; made me sign a pet damages waiver even though I had no pets; the sofa in the room was already badly damaged by a cat; I went to the office in the morning to make sure that they didn’t charge me for the damages. They did not, which is good. The breakfast buffet was nasty. Gross eggs, coffee that tasted awful, and a fly landed in my juice. It was expensive, too. Double what I would have wanted to pay for the low quality. And very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot because of the traffic patterns and so much traffic!"

"Staff was extremely kind and friendly. However my wife and I did not stay for our intended amount of time. The second we walked into our room it immediately had an intense cigarette smoke odor despite receiving a non smoking room. "

"Its a cute place. However, the cleanliness was not the best, especially the bathroom. There was hair in the shower, the toilet wasnt flushed, there was dried urine at the base of the toilet. Couldve had better towels. The ones there looked like their personal old towels. We purchased our own towels and left a day early."

"Beautiful home. I like the fact that it is close and far away from urban areas. I like the backyard and the creek in the back. Quiet area 24/7. The elevator was scary so we didn’t use it. We were there for the Cooper River bridge 10k. I did wish there was an alternative to the elevator. The weather was nice so we didn’t mind going outside to go up and down the stairs. "

"The house was perfect for our family’s stay while our great husband father and grandfather had surgery at MUSC! The host communication was excellent. We highly recommend any properties they own!!"

"Just a couple of problematic issues from our perspective as guests on your property:The closet door in the double twin bedroom was disengage from his track when we got here, and in my opinion was kind of dangerous and should be fixed.In fact, I would check all of the closet doors because these type of closet doors come off their track easily and could fall into your clients.These items also are problematic- Outlet in kitchen by toaster is loose from wall and coffee table latch has a sharp edge on it…We were left with towels for a little children so when I contacted Frank he sent me 10 brand new white towels from Amazon. I guess we washed six of them and put the other new ones under the center sink in the guest bathroom. I told Frank that we had four adults and a 13-year-old and he immediately within 12 hours got us a new batch of towels which we appreciate.Finally, I would suggest you putting knobs on the cupboards for somebody who has arthritic hands. It’s very difficult to open them."
