"The service was the most memorable along with the designs and rooms, I have never seen customer service like that from a hotel/concierge/room service, the room service guy Jorge went and actually found things for us that had been thrown out as well at the end, they took care of our parking for the minor inconvenience. Got my room upgraded because there was no rooms availabile?! it felt like a dream from the moment we stepped into the hotel! it was beautiful as well "

"The property is close to the Bayou concert center, and nice dining options. I really enjoyed this hotel, the staff was very pleasant. And the food and drinks were very good here. My only complaint is the fee for a guest to park for the day. My friend drove 3 hrs to see me, so i didnt want her to drive any when she arrived. I told her to just valet her car here while we went out and about. They charged $32.00 for a few hours."
