"The check in staff was friendly and very helpful. I got to the hotel a little early and my room wasn’t ready, but they made sure that my Luggage was safe and sound until I could check in. They offered me water and we’re very professional. This location is walking distance to restaurants and shopping in old town Pasadena which I absolutely Love! I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"People who check in after midnight should be reminded that there are other guests in the nearby rooms sleeping!!! I was woken up by very loud people checking in around 1:00am"

"I was very disappointed. The facility looks like you walked back into the 70s. Bathroom was too small, grout in shower was dirty, and the shampoo, conditioner & body was was 3 different scents. The noise from the freeway was annoying and made it difficult to sleep. Pillows were uncomfortable. FYI, there are several homeless encampments right down the road close to the hotel. They do provide bottles of wine and a few coffee pods in your room. Staff was fairly friendly. Overall, I would give it a 2 out of 5."

"I never stayed at the place, was drugs,alcohol used at the parking lot, to many street parties in the parking lot, peeing around the building, I wish to get my money back, from this place, really bud experience. Have to find other place to spend the night."
