Hotel is new, rooms feel very clean and spacious. Balconies on each room is also a nice touch. Checkin was quick and easy. Location is perfect, a few steps from main pedestrian street. Highly recommend!

Convenient and good value.

Location was great, easy check in. We appreciated paid parking very much. Easy walk to the Monastery. Breakfast was good and worth purchasing. The pizza place around the corner was also very good.

The staff were not very nice. The room was clean and comfortable but from the minute we checked in we found everyone to be unfriendly. On our day of check out we even had the housekeeping knock on our door and when we answered she just pointed at her watch. We were actually about to walk out but the knock was at 10:55 and check out was 11 so we weren’t even late.

Really nice new place

Great place. It’s new so everything was in great condition. Perfect location. We were a family of four so we had the loft three bed apartment. The only thing I would have to complain about is the staircase is totally not to code so it made it difficult to go up or down, even for the kids.

Loved the loft for older kids, but the stairs were narrow and sharp underneith so it was a little painful when you hit it. (Fine if you take your time:)) It looked recently renovated. We were happy for the washing machine and drying rack. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious and had everything we needed and some.

Szczerze polecam.

Bardzo miła i życzliwa obsługa, można tylko życzyć sobie żeby wszędzie tak było. Wynajmowaliśmy dwa apartamenty,, wszystko było czyste, nie mieliśmy żadnych zastrzeżeń do pokoi. W hotelu było cicho, bez odgłosów z ulicy. Dokupowaliśmy śniadania, duże porcje, świeże i smaczne, ładnie podane, warto skorzystać z tej opcji. Jeżeli ktoś wybiera się na Jasna Górę to hotel jest świetnie położony, blisko sanktuarium. Na pewno zatrzymamy się tutaj podczas kolejnego pobytu w Częstochowie.

Un appartamento bello, così come da foto, pulito e comodo con ascensore e parcheggio a pagamento (non caro). Vicinissimo al centro e al santuario, peccato per la mancanza alla reception della cartina della città che ci avrebbe facilitato la visita.
