Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort

Virkelig ligeglad og uinteresseret personale. Man bliver bedt om at bestille morgenmad dagen i forvejen, til et bestemt tidspunkt, hvilket er Ok og fint når man skal videre til et bestemt tidspunkt, men når man så kommer op i den rodede morgenmadsrestaurant er de ikke engang begyndt. To ud af to gange fik vi ikke det vi havde bestilt. Drikkevarerne kom først da vi var ved at være færdige med at spise. På dag to lå vores krummer fra dagen før stadig ved det bord vi havde siddet ved. Det er synd, for indretningen og mulighederne på hotellet er gode, det får bare lov at forfalde med dårligt personale og dårlig mad.
