"Booked last minute as our original hotel was terrible. Lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Check in and out was easy. They sorted a tour for us with no issues. The location was good for us, near the lake but walking distance to the night markets. Our room was nicely done, we didn't have a balcony room but that didn't matter to us, as less street noise. Beds were comfortable. We would go back."
