"Quiet Property with lots of beautiful plants and decorations. FREE BICYCLE use too! The rooms were so nice and clean, the staff made me feel like family. It is so close to Old Town but far enough to not hear scooters or karaoke constantly."

"This is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The facilities are beautiful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is tons of seating in the lounge and bar. The drinks are a bit expensive, but that's too be expensive. They have so many great activities like tours, pool parties, and game nights. Great for anyone looking to party and have a good time."

"Good location in between the beach and the old town. Free bike rental, though the conditions of these bikes are so so, they get you from point a to b. The bed is good, I love the lighting design of the room, though the switch system with the 3 colors mode is terrible when you turn it on at night and it’s bright white. The water pressure is terrible and we could barely shower. Nice kitchen and accessible drinking water."

"I had a terrible experience here. The only thing the staff/family were interested in was selling tours. The room itself was dirty and very dated. The floor was swept and the dust just swept behind the door inside the room. One morning the cleaner just walked into the room unannounced. Never even knocked. One evening I was accused by the security staff that I was trespassing. The sheets didn’t fit the bed, hot water ran out regularly , WiFi was almost non existent (20KB/sec - yes KB not MB), the...

"Perfect for a family holiday. Pool was amazing and a paddle boards and canoes available for the pool and beach. Service in the restaurants though could have been better."
"The staff at this location is amazing. Once you pull up to the hotel, you greeted by a doorman who escort you to the front desk. Once at the front desk, you were efficiently checked in. While standing at the front desk, you will be provided a nice cold nonalcoholic drink to what your whistle. I was then escorted to the elevator and up to my room and give a tour of the room by the doorman.
On the 29th floor there is an infinity pool, which is amazing.
The interesting thing about breakfast is a few of my days I was considered a VIP which allowed me to have my buffet breakfast and a quiet setting. Shortly into my stay my rate changed and I continued to get free breakfast, but it was in a large dining room, same quality food same quality service. The only difference was peace and quiet and loud noisy breakfast. I am enjoying my stay here and highly recommend this hotel.
Transportation to and from the airport was seamless since I used their charter service in the Private van to pick me up, I could have waited two hours to catch the airport shuttle but chose to get to the hotel as soon as possible after an over 28 hour day."
"Beautiful views and nice staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would have liked the pool tiles to have been grouted, it’s uncomfortable and more cleanliness around the pool, ash trays full and empty drinks not being attended to. This is a very busy hotel, at no fault of its own, so be ready for lots of activity in and around the building."
"A wonderful family getaway with 6–7 indoor and outdoor swimming pools, where the kids can have endless fun and make unforgettable memories.
And that’s just the beginning! The resort offers daily events and activities, plus a game room, Ninja Park, and onsen—so there’s always something exciting for everyone to enjoy.
A perfect destination for a relaxing family vacation, with plenty of fun for the little ones and a great experience for the whole family. ✨"
"Just finished 10 nights at Stella Maris, had an amazing time, the staff are amazing and is by far the biggest highlight of the hotel.
We paid extra for a high level room and were placed on the 14th floor, room was lovely and cleaned exceptionally well every day. There is some noise from outside, both traffic and building noise but being on the 14th floor did help.
The pool and rooftop bar were fantastic, staff always happy to help, brining drinks over to your sun lounger and nothing was ever too much to ask.
Breakfast was another highlight, lots of choice for every nationality available and everything was fresh and replenished throughout the morning.
The free airport transfers and couples massage was a very nice touch offered by the hotel.
Overall highly recommend this hotel, can assure you that you will have an amazing stay."
