"Good location in between the beach and the old town. Free bike rental, though the conditions of these bikes are so so, they get you from point a to b. The bed is good, I love the lighting design of the room, though the switch system with the 3 colors mode is terrible when you turn it on at night and it’s bright white. The water pressure is terrible and we could barely shower. Nice kitchen and accessible drinking water."

"Quiet Property with lots of beautiful plants and decorations. FREE BICYCLE use too! The rooms were so nice and clean, the staff made me feel like family. It is so close to Old Town but far enough to not hear scooters or karaoke constantly."

"I had a terrible experience here. The only thing the staff/family were interested in was selling tours. The room itself was dirty and very dated. The floor was swept and the dust just swept behind the door inside the room. One morning the cleaner just walked into the room unannounced. Never even knocked. One evening I was accused by the security staff that I was trespassing. The sheets didn’t fit the bed, hot water ran out regularly , WiFi was almost non existent (20KB/sec - yes KB not MB), the...

"Lovely place in the city centre. Walkable access to some of the main attractions. Staff was super helpful, they even allowed me to check in early and helped me to arrange a taxi to the airport. Nice selection of breakfast.
The only negative part of my stay was the housekeeping knocking on my door at 8.20am to clean the room as there was no ‘Do not disturb’ sign which I could put on the door. Other than that a great place."

"Traveller from the USA. We had a wonderful stay at Naman Retreat. We booked one of the room with private pool. It is located about midway between Hoi An and Da Nang Center. It is very quiet.
The Staff was excellent. We had a dedicated stay ambassador which we could contact at any time for assistance.
Breakfast was included and while I was not aware it was when I did my booking I'm glad it was. It allowed us to enjoy Vietnamese Food as well as Korean and typical continental breakfast. I would definitively recommend booking the breakfast.
We enjoyed private massages Bamboo, Swedish and Hot Stones.
As far as transportation, we book a private driver for some of our excursions and used the Grab App for the rest. It was very inexpensive.
The Resort had a chauffeur taking us back to the Airport.
We would definitively go back there if the occasion arise."
"Great location across the street from many beach bars and the beach walk is very accessible. Lots of local places to walk to as well. Very nice rooftop pool and bar/lounge."
"Staff and location were incredible. Breakfast was amazing. The massage in the spa was excellent as well. The only thing I could critique was the gym. Its very old, dated and small. Otherwise, I would stay here again and again. The suite had an incredible view and the soaking tub was very nice."
"When you’re arriving to the hotel , after getting off the cable car, there was no one to assist with bags. We had to wheel many luggage’s from the cable car to the lobby. The path had some cobblestone so this was a little tough. Especially since we didn’t know where to go right away."
"Great location by the beach where you can go for walk/run and within walking distances to restaurants. The hotel and room are ok but location makes up for it."
"Great clean hotel and room. We stayed in the Executive room which had a great view. Breakfast was ok and you have to get your own coffee from the coffee machine. The happy hour on the rooftop bar was fantastic and great value."
Hostels are a great way to stay for a good value, so you can save your money for sightseeing. You'll find local tours and other activities to enjoy, and the beaches create an appealing natural setting.
