The hotel and staff were very nice. Good food on the buffet and in the restaurant. 1 minute walk to the beach where you can rent chairs & umbrella for a small fee. Large grocery right across the street. Pool was great, just not in the sun, but there was a sundeck one flight of stairs down. We loved the staff! Everyone so friendly and accomodating.

Sorting online reviews can be confusing but let me be clear that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Resort-like service (e.g. full buffet breakfast - which was delicious & had something for everyone, welcome drink (non-alcoholic) on arrival, prompt service, etc.) and right across the street from the beach. This is a quieter (less touristy busy) location than further down the beach but still has spas, convenience stores, cafes, etc. close by and just a short Grab to the busier areas. It was our favourite hotel of our Vietnam trip.

We booked 3 rooms for our family n stayed 2 nights. The location is very convenient, roght across the beautiful beach, hopping area but not too noisy. Grocery store is right around the corner plus many other eateries n café. There is also a café in the lobby. Breakfast was great, many varieties. We used the spa service n it was very good s 2 days later we were at a resort but came back out for another round of massages.The staff r really wonderful. Our family really enjoyed our stay here.

Enjoyed my stay at Awaken. The room was clean, staff were helpful and had no issues with the WiFi or the air conditioning. A small issue which I did report to the hotel manager at my check-out related to the sealant for the shower screen. This needs replacing since water did leak through. Not a big deal and it didn’t spoil my stay, but just one thing to address.
