i couldn't stay and no refund

First, check in was difficult as they don’t speak English well. And Even I had paid in advance, they wanted to keep my passport during our stay but I refused. The worst one was bedbugs. We had got more than 10 bites. And when we did check out, the lady asked me to pay again. I explained I’d paid through Expedia and she said “you booked without window but you stayed with window.” But I didn't want to stay with bedbugs. I don’t recommend this hotel.

飛行機の遅延のため、深夜の到着。 チェックアウトも朝早い便にも関わらず、イヤな顔をひとつもせずに対応してくれた。立地は少し奥まった場所にはあるけど、近隣には地元愛溢れたご飯屋さんや美味しいシントー屋さん、コンビニもあり、全く不便じゃありませんでした！ ただ…シャワーはほぼお湯が出ることはなく、そこが少し残念でした。

둘재날 청소도 안해주고 카운터가서 얘기하니.미안하다며.저녁에 해준다고해세.관두라고 했네요. 체크아웃할땐 작은 생수값도 받더군요 쭐발하려고 밖에나왔는데. 그걸 굳이 받으러 나왔네요. 돈으로 따지면서 얼마되지는 않지만 아주 기분이 나빴습니다

Todella avulias henkilökunta. Auttavaisia ja ystävällisiä. Saatiin lainaksi tarvittavia tavaroita. Hyvä suihku ja kylpytarvikkeet. Hyvä sänky ja rauhallinen sijainti. Kotoisan oloinen paikka. Otettiin pari lisäyötä aikaisemmin suunnitellun lisäksi.

Clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the location is very quiet. The hotel does appear to have some occasional electrical issues, so bring a surge protector.

I had a fantastic experience at Dang Ha. The SOn Tra Beach is in walking distance. The hotel is in a quite street, perfect for resting. The room is nice and clean. The manager and staff are very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic stay at Dang Ha Hotel. We feel so much at home here. The manager, Ms. Phuong, is so wonderful in making our visit to Da Nang a pleasant one. Thank you so much. The hotel is only a short walk to the beautiful Son Tra Beach. There are great restaurants nearby. The room is very clean and comfortable.

아무 생각도없이 가격보고 짐만맡길려했는데 베트남고급호텔이나 별반차이없드라구여 아무래도 오래된건물이라 노후한건있지만 저가격에 저정도면;;;;가성비 지렸내욤 (여자는비추 여자는 갬성있어야하니까요)

海に歩いていけそうな距離だったので、選びました。予想通り、5から6分程で行けたので、毎日楽に行けました。 安い割に部屋も綺麗でしたが、0.5mm程の小さなアリ（？）かチラホラ出ることと、シャワーがスイッチでHOTが出るみたいでしたが、出ませんでした。(出たと思ったら、かなり熱かったです。。。かなり暑い地域なので、暑がりの人は気にならないかも) 若いスタッフは、感じと良かったと思います。

Zimmer war gut. Betten bequem. Personal konnte fast kein englisch. Und wissen nicht wie ein EC Karten gerät funktioniert. Abrechnung kontrollieren (Mini-Bar)!!!

꽤 만족하였습니다. 가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 아쉬운점이 네 가지 있고 모두 좋았는데 아쉬운점으로는 1. 파티오가 너무 작고 사진에 있는 해변풍경이 그다지 나오지 않았습니다. 2. 침대 위생상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 침구에서 물먹은 냄새가 났으며 이불을 손으로 한번 쓸 때 흙먼지가 느껴질 정도였습니다. 3. 방해금지(don't disturb) 문걸이가 있었으면 했는데 없었습니다. 4. 미니바가 텅텅 비어 있었습니다. 4가지씩이나 있나 할 수도 있지만 저렴한 3성호텔이며 네 가지 보다 훨씬 많은 것들은 모두 너무 좋았습니다. 직원분들의 친절은 최고였습니다.
