The hotel is close to the lotte mart. It is very convenient to pick up a few things. There was not much food options for Asian food closed by. The staff, Lam and Phuc, are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location that’s not on a busy road. Breakfast was great and so were the staffs. Didn’t like how the shower/tub was designed because every time when showering, water would leak off the side of the tub. However, the staffs were really understanding and provided us extra floor mats. We’ll definitely come back and stay.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had booked 2 twin beds room but the shower is inside the bathtub which is very high off the ground and slippery. I have to help carry my senior relative out of the tub. This is very unsafe design. There is no other 2 twin with walk-in shower, so I had to switch to a single queen bed. I was not impressed because I paid more for a 2 twin beds room but had to switch to a single queen bed but didn’t get any difference refunded.

Fantastic staff, great breakfast ! Bad design for tub/ shower enclosures and some mold in my room on wall near head of bed behind bedside table. Great location, very convenient to Lotte Mart and close to most things Da Nang. Large Korean tourist area which made my Korean wife very comfortable.

The room was fine, the location ok on our way to the airport. The pool area was kind of dirty. I was charged an extra 10$ for a extra bed for my kid even though I specified we only needes the room for day use. Were unflexible on check in time. Would not recommend because the serivce was not accomodating. But 3 stars because they did prepare a take away breakfast (which was well intentioned but not very good). Needs hospitality training.

Highly recommend. Great location, friendly English speaking staff and super cute coffee right across the street. Just a few minutes from everything you want to do in Da Nang. Hang and Lam were extra helpful. Oh and the free breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic! Great value. Thanks again!

My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast on the rooftop was great, I would have appreciated more fruit. It is a bit far from the beach, but Grab is very cheap. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, I dealt with Hang and Ana quite a bit. There are several options for restaurants and spa on the same block. I recommend this hotel.

Yes, the staff were very helpful. The room was clean. I liked the round trip to Hoi An that the hotel arranged for me. I had a relaxing massage at their spa. Only thing was the breakfast option. There could have been more. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
