Our 6 night stay at The Green Apple was very nice. The hotel is quiet and quaint, tucked away from the noise of Old Town Hoi An. The staff was wonderful and so helpful with everything. We were able to walk to Old Town and when we were tired or hot, we just got a quick taxi ride. We were able to book 2 short tours through the front desk: one was a cooking class and the other was a Vespa ride through the countryside. Excellent! Green Apple handled all of the arrangements and details. They also booked a taxi ride to the airport when we needed to leave. If we are ever in Hoi An again, this is where we will stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Green Apple hotel. The rooms are clean and airy and the buffet breakfast was nice in the mornings. The location was perfect it's only a short walk to Old town without all the traffic of it. We would absolutely stay again.

The staff were wonderful and caring, helpful in setting up tours and rides. The property is a bit of a walk from the old town, but they did have bicycles to borrow, which helped with transportation. They were also helpful in arranging transportation to Hue.

The owner made us feel very welcome and so did all his staff. Gave us great recommendations for places to eat and go and helped us with trip arrangements and transfers etc.

The room was clean and roomy, with the addition of a balcony was great. The owners of the hotel were so very helpful with anything we asked or needed. The pool was great, but could do with some big shade umbrellas as it gets no protection from the sun. Breakfast was nice with cereal, toast, yoghurt, eggs to order and fruit for me, and many other Asian choices are available for the more adventurous. The Green Apple is about a 15 minute walk to Old Town, and there are dining options all around as well. We had no problem being picked up and dropped off there from local tour companies, it is easy to find. For the cost of the room per night, it was great value for money with breakfast included.

I want to give 6 stars best stay EVER ❤️
This is a family business with the real love you don't often see. Ho was amazing arranging EVERYTHING!! Our transfer to Danang was cheaper than anyone else. She arranged trips to Hue, snorkelling, lantern making, cookery class and monkey mountain all cheaper than you find online. Breakfast is a good selection of fruit, juice, eggs, rice, noodles, bread, bacon, sausage etc The room is spacious, modern, fresh and the A/C is great. Nice bathroom/shower. Fresh towels and bedsheets and the room had an amazing balcony. Lovely plunge pool to chill out in. Perfectly located for the beach, restaurants, the old town, night market but nice and quiet. YOU MUST stay here! This family will do everything to help you from a massage to a tailored suit. They are the most kind welcoming people we have met in Vietnam 🙏 We will be back ❤️

Amazing Stay
Best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. The owner was so helpful and always went out of his way to help us out. With any tours we wanted to go on the owner booked and arranged everything for us, which saved us so much hassle. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Great hotel
Lovely hotel. Short walk into the old town. The owner was really nice. Gave my friend a free room upgrade but only one available unfortunately for me. He did offer me free breakfast as a consolation 😊 the staff are all friendly and the place is very clean. The pool was very refreshing.

Great place to spend a few days in Hoi An. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to downtown but on a quiet street so no noise during the night. Comfy beds and hot/powerful shower. The rooms are really clean and AC was very good. The breakfast had options to suit all tastes. The best feature was the owner, family and staff who work at the hotel. They were all kind, friendly and made me feel welcome. The owner went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the room I had booked!

Really nice hotel
I had a great stay at the Green Apple. It’s in a quieter area and about 15-20 minute walk into Old Town. Incredibly friendly staff, comfortable bed, WiFi was generally good, nice breakfast options and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended at the price.

Highly recommend the Green Apple! The room was big, comfortable and clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! They helped us with all our questions and have great recommendations for food and things to do! There was also free use of bicycles which was a great bonus! Plus they arranged a car to take us to the airport for a great price!

I had a lovely time at the Green Apple Hotel. Youi was a wonderful host who would bend over backwards to help you. The hotel was peaceful and I never heard a kid bang a drum. The pool was a great way to wash away the heat. The balcony a lovely way to take in the breeze. There were plenty of movie channels. The hotel itself was about a twenty minute walk to the river, but there were plenty of restaurant choices a few minutes from the door. I had a week in Hoi An and couldn't fault the Green Apple Hotel.

When I arrived there was a boy outside banging a loud drum. You could hear in everywhere in the hotel. I mentioned it to hotel management and they seemed very nonchalant about it. Grabbed my bag and left. The surrounding area is very loud. For some this isn't an issue but for me all I care about is peace and quiet. I don't care about the staff, cleanliness, breakfast options, location, etc.... I just want quiet.

Great location where you can walk to everything. Plenty of shops, markets and places eat and grab a coffee - very walkable area. Also very safe area. Owners where extremely kind and helpful with suggestions. I spent 10 days here and loved it.

Really enjoyed my stay at this location. The owner and staff were quite helpful.. and the location is about 15min from Hoi An old city.. The neighborhood was quiet with eating and entertainment within walking distance. Breakfast: noodle stand on the corner across the hotel was delicious. Give it a try.. Vietnam is ramping backup and if traveling to Hoi An give this little "mom and pop" hotel some business.

A lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff.Thanks to Anna and her crew we really enjoyed our time there breakfast is buffet style with something for everyone.Bedrooms were sparkly clean. A little away from the Center but the shuttle buses are only fifty dong to the hotel.

The staff go out of their way to make yiu feel comfortable and are incredibly lovely, however there are a few things that they can work on. Cleanliness is key and unfortunately this property didnt stand up, there were stains on the walls, a booger on the wall of my room which was never cleaned and it wasnt ours so, gross. There is always a puddle of water by the big plant on the patio, which both my husband and I almost slipped on numerous times. The breakfast is definitely not wort getting up for and can use alot of work both in execution and variety. The beds and pillows are the worst ive had so far in asia and the shower not only has minimal hot water but the pressure is non existent. The free bikes to go into town are a nice touch tho.

This was the best place we stayed in Vietnam!! It was walkable from old town, but out of the chaos. The staff was extremely helpful in booking us tours, cars and giving recs for local spots for massages and more! Great breakfast spread as well. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location that is convenient to old city. Nice breakfast buffet. Helpful and courteous staff who go the extra mile. The rooms and facilities are clean, well kept and modern. Laundry services were not as careful as in other hotels.

Loved Stay But Laundry Service Needs Improvement
The hotel was great. We enjoyed the few nights we stayed there. It had comfortable accommodations, the staff were very helpful, it's well situated within walking distance to the old town (15min) and has vegetarian restaurants close by. Our only recommendation is to change who they use for laundry service. The price was good, but after the initial perfume of the laundry wore off (~24hrs), we realized everything still smelled dirty and had to rewash.

When we arrived the staff greeted us by name , and they all had big smiles. The hotel was clean. We arrived early they stored our luggage. We borrowed their bikes , we went for ride till it was check in. When we checked in we found a room that was just cleaned. The beds where great. A/c worked perfectly. I recamend this hotel. 10 our of 10. Great hotel.
